A non-refundable $50 partial payment is required on all orders. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the above delivery date will be charged the full balance. Orders must be returned to the location listed above by the specified date and time. All orders not returned by that time must be returned to the nearest Classic Tuxedo location, and will incur late charges of $40 per day. Classic Tuxedo is not responsible for any items left at hotels, event centers or any other location. A $100 pickup fee will apply if we are forced to retrieve any items after the pickup date specified above. Customer is responsible for late, lost, or stolen items, and any charges will be billed to a credit card on file. I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this agreement. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to try on my order as soon as it is delivered, and contact the store, allowing up to 24-hours if alterations or corrections are necessary. I agree to pay above total amount (rental cost of "Tuxedo Package" choice, plus $5 damage waiver), and any applicable late fees, or lost/damaged item fees that may arise, according to card issuer agreement.
