Accounting

Our Accounting Team at Classic Tuxedo sets profit objectives while monitoring our day-to-day business so that we follow regulation.

  • Bookkeeping – All financial information from our corporate office and individual store locations is accounted for and balanced. Retail and services revenue along with short and long term expenses are calculated and recorded. The effect of every type of transaction on the profit-and-loss statement must be understood before it even occurs.
  • Banking – Transactions between the bank and our business take place daily and must be monitored carefully to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing Groundwork – Data tabulated by the accounting team is critical information used as the very foundation for other departments such as Finance and Loss Prevention. These figures are also necessary for the work done by outside auditors. And finally, any unusual trends are reported directly to the CEO.

Finance

Our Finance Team helps us analyze current projects as well as plan for our future growth by working closely with Accounting and Loss Prevention.

  • Reporting - Every stakeholder in our company - including shareholders, creditors, and other members of management - rely on the accuracy and timeliness of the financial information. The information reported needs to be accurate, because many decisions are based on it.
  • Treasury – The Finance team decide how to invest our money, taking into consideration risk and liquidity. In addition, they oversee our capital structure, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing.
  • Economic Strategizing - Identifying and reporting what areas of our company are most efficient and how we can capitalize on this information is also prepared. It includes economic forecasting and modeling - in other words, trying to predict the best way to ensure our success in the future.

Human Resources

Our HR Team maintains a great work atmosphere by building the Classic Tuxedo family that can best serve our customers and our employees.

  • Recruiting – The most qualified candidates must be attracted to our company. They are then matched to the jobs for which they are the best suited and will benefit our team.
  • Administration – Handling employee benefits, interviewing and hiring, and creating employee policies are among the many organizational tasks that the Human Resources team are relied upon for.
  • Work Environment – Increased productivity at Classic Tuxedo comes from our high morale in the workplace. This is also a way Human Resources can then limit potential job turnovers and other losses.

Loss Prevention

Our Loss Prevention Team creates and implements procedures that can best protect the valuable assets in all of our store locations.

  • Evaluation – Understanding losses that have occurred in the past, occur now, and may occur in the future such as theft, operational errors, and check fraud are important to our financial success.
  • Procedure Management – Not only creating but implementing LP procedures and policies assures increasingly affective safety precautions.
  • Technologies – Figuring out the best equipment for keeping our property safe is often important for carrying out the procedures. These tools include scanners, security, credit checks and inventory control technologies.

Management

Our experienced Classic Tuxedo Retail Management Team mission is to increase productivity, merchandise effectively, and meet our company goals. The whole management team builds and maintains vital relationships with business partners and customers to insure quality pricing, customer service and deliverables of Formalwear garment for that special event.

District

Our District Managers are experts in driving sales through outstanding customer service and have important roles in meeting or exceeding sales expectations. We rely upon our District Managers to generate sales, problem solve, identify critical business needs, implement profitable solutions and train our Store Employees.

Store Manager

Our Store Managers review the previous day's sales figures with an energetic staff, recognizing top performers and offering knowledge and expertise to those who need guidance. They also manage inventory, merchandise displays, Associate performance, and resolve customer issues and strive for excellence in servicing our customer’s needs

Sales Associates

Our Sales Associates strive to provide the best possible customer service to our Classic Tuxedo customers. The Associates compliment the Store Managers in achieving attainable goals set by the Company and insure that our customers receive the highest level of service for that special event.

Marketing

Our Marketing, team seeks out fresh ways to bring the customer high quality formalwear and services at competitive prices.

  • Analysis – By breaking down the formalwear marketplace, the Marketing team identifies consumer groups as well as the competition.
  • Positioning – Our Marketers decide the best consumer target segments for our business and try to predict their buying trends. Not only must we define our strategy in accordance with customer wants and needs, but also relative to the competition.
  • Marketing Mix – A combination of product, place, price, and promotion is created and put into practice throughout our stores and the channels we use to reach consumers. And finally, the success of our different projects is analyzed.
